Using this website

The information on this website is for general guidance. Boiler models, features and offers can change, and the details of your job are always confirmed in your written quote. Our see it on your wall tool shows an illustration only, so the exact position, flue and pipework are agreed at your home survey.

Quotes and home surveys

Our quotes and home surveys are free and there is no obligation to go ahead. Your fixed price is confirmed in writing after we have seen your home, and the price in your written quote is the price you pay for the work it describes.

Booking and payment

When you book a one off boiler service online, you pay when you book and we call you to confirm a time. Online payments are taken securely by Stripe. For installations and repairs, how and when you pay is set out in your quote.

Service plans

Boiler Town Resident plans are paid monthly by card and run for a minimum of 12 months. Each plan includes the benefits listed on our servicing and service plans page when you join. You can update your card or move plan from your account at any time, and we book your annual service in for you.

Your right to cancel

If you agree a service with us online, by phone or away from our premises, you have 14 days to change your mind and cancel. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days and then cancel, you pay for the work carried out up to that point.

Our guarantees

Every new boiler we install comes with our 10 year guarantee on our workmanship, on top of the manufacturer warranty. For the first year, if the boiler isn't working and we have tried fixing it, we will reimburse you. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the boiler manufacturer on their own terms, which usually include a yearly service.

Price match promise

Find a like for like quote and we will match it or beat it by up to £100.

Paying monthly

Boiler Town Ltd is an Introducer Appointed Representative (Financial Services Register No. 1023444) of Phoenix Financial Consultants Limited (Phoenix). Phoenix is a credit broker, not a lender. Phoenix is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 539195), and offers finance from its panel of lenders. All finance is subject to status and credit checks.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
